added missing line to MONITOR_KIM

All we have is the LST, and the listing starts at line 3. So
there must have been two lines in the LST that didn't print.
.PAGE is one of them. .OPT is also not part of the LST, and
since the LST contains the mnemo statistics at the end, the
missing line was probably .OPT COUNT
