Dev8Bit

Dev8Bit is a docker build environment containing a suite of tools for developing on 8 bit microcomputer systems like the 6502, z80 etc, as used in the 8 bit age of computing.

Assemblers

  • AsmX multi-CPU assembler for many 8 & 16 bit CPU's

  • BeebAsm 6502 assembler for the BBC Micro

  • Dasm 8-bit macro assembler with support for several 8-bit microprocessors including MOS 6502 & 6507, Motorola 6803, 68705 & 68HC11, Hitachi HD6303 (extended Motorola 6801), and Fairchild F8.
